Setelah terbukti cacat formil secara bersyarat oleh putusan MK, dan diperintahkan diperbaiki selambatnya 2 tahun, bukannya diperbaiki dalam bentuk Undang-Undang yang baru, Pemerintah justru menerbitkan Perpu Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 untuk memperbaiki Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja.

After being proven conditionally inconstitutional by the Constitutional Court’s decision, and ordered to be adjusted within 2 years, instead of being corrected in the form of a new law (Undang-Undang) the Government issued Perpu Number 2 of 2022 to amend the Job Creation Law.
