About
Muhammad Haikal Firzuni is a PERADI-licensed attorney with a strong track record in constitutional and administrative litigation. A graduate of Universitas Trisakti’s Faculty of Law, Haikal has acted in several landmark proceedings before the Constitutional Court of Indonesia, including the judicial review of Law No. 17 of 2023 (Health), Law No. 3 of 2022 (Capital City Relocation), and Law No. 1 of 2022 (Fiscal Relations between Central and Regional Governments). He also played a key role in the review of Law No. 10 of 2016, a case with far-reaching implications for regional electoral governance and judicial review of Law No. 1 of 2025 (state-owned enterprises / BUMN).
Haikal advises and represents clients across sectors, with particular experience acting for healthcare institutions and agribusiness groups in both contentious and regulatory matters. He has handled complex land disputes, administrative law claims before the State Administrative Court, and a range of civil and criminal proceedings.
In addition to his litigation practice, Haikal serves on the board of the Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Competition Legal Consultant Association (AMCO), where he contributes to policy dialogue and professional development initiatives in the legal community.
