Our legal team of GUGUM RIDHO & PARTNERS led by our Partner Mr Gugum Ridho Putra, Mr Irfan Maulana Muharam, Mr Yolis Suhadi, Mr M Iqbal Sumarlan, and Mr Satria Adhitama Sukma, had succesfully assisted one of our Client, a Suyabayan pension couple over Wakaf’s Land Dispute at District Court of Sidoarjo, Surabaya. Client’s plan to make the Wakaf was stopped by illegal land tenure that lead to dispute.

After facing the hearing session until 19th times, the judge finally came to final decision and granted the land is legally belongs to our Client and burdened the defendant to pay the loss more than 2,5 bilions rupiahs.

It is a good news for Client that the land can be released soon for Wakaf. It is also a good news too for Us, as We, GUGUM RIDHO & PARTNERS will always be partner to defend Client’s legal rights.
